By accessing or using EvoDax ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EvoDax is a cloud-based logistics and delivery management platform that provides route optimization, order management, warehouse operations, and driver coordination tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide a valid email address
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered under various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Accept automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• Usage limits as specified in your plan (orders, users, warehouses)

Free trials are provided for 14 days with no credit card required. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We will not share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) vary by subscription plan.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EvoDax and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvoDax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
