Upgrading Your Plan

As your business grows, you may need more capacity or features. This guide walks you through upgrading your EvoDax plan.

When to Upgrade

Consider upgrading when:

• Approaching limits - Orders, users, or warehouses
• Need features - Route optimization, API, etc.
• Growing team - More users needed
• Expanding operations - Multiple warehouses

Checking Your Current Usage

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. View the Usage section:
   • Orders: X / Y used this month
   • Users: X / Y active
   • Warehouses: X / Y created

Usage bars show how close you are to limits.

Upgrade Process

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Review available plans
3. Click Upgrade on your desired plan
4. You'll be redirected to Stripe checkout
5. Confirm the upgrade
6. New features available immediately

What Happens When You Upgrade

Immediate Benefits

• Higher limits active instantly
• New features unlocked
• No service interruption

Billing

• Prorated charge for remainder of billing period
• Example: Upgrade mid-month, pay only for remaining days at higher rate
• Next full billing at new rate

Upgrade Paths

Starter → Professional

Unlock:

• 20 users (up from 5)
• 2,500 orders/month (up from 500)
• 5 warehouses (up from 1)
• Advanced route optimization
• API access
• Customer portal

Professional → Enterprise

Unlock:

• Unlimited users
• Unlimited orders
• Unlimited warehouses
• Custom domain branding
• Priority support
• Dedicated account manager
• Custom integrations

Cost Calculation

Monthly Plans

Upgrade cost = New plan price × days remaining ÷ total days

Example:

• Current: Starter (€99)
• Upgrading to: Professional (€299)
• Days remaining: 15 of 30
• Charge: €299 × (15/30) = €149.50

Annual Plans

• Prorated charge for plan difference
• Applied immediately
• Next annual renewal at new rate

Downgrading

If you need fewer features:

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click Manage Billing
3. Select Change subscription
4. Choose lower plan

Note: Downgrades take effect at end of billing period.

Free Trial Upgrade

Upgrading from trial:

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Choose your plan
3. Enter payment details
4. Start subscription

No charge until trial ends, then first payment processed.
