EvoDax supports team collaboration with role-based access. This guide explains how to invite and manage team members.
User Roles
Each user is assigned a role that determines their permissions:
| Role | Description | |------|-------------| | Admin | Full access to all features and settings | | Dispatcher | Manage orders, routes, and deliveries | | Warehouse Manager | Full warehouse operations access | | Warehouse Worker | Basic warehouse tasks (picking, receiving) | | Driver | Mobile app access for deliveries | | Customer | Portal access to place and track orders |
Inviting a New User
- Go to Users in the sidebar
- Click Invite User
- Enter their email address
- Select their role
- (Optional) Assign to a warehouse
- Click Send Invite
The user will receive an email with:
- Instructions to set up their account
- A link to download relevant apps
- Your company code for login
Managing User Access
Editing a User
- Find the user in the Users list
- Click their name to open the profile
- Click Edit
- Update their details or role
- Click Save
Deactivating a User
When someone leaves your organization:
- Open their user profile
- Click Deactivate
- Confirm the action
Deactivated users:
- Cannot log in
- Are removed from route assignments
- Keep historical data intact
Reactivating a User
If someone returns:
- Filter users by "Inactive"
- Find the user
- Click Reactivate

Dispatcher
- Create and manage orders

Warehouse Manager
- Manage warehouse operations
- Confirm incoming orders
- Oversee inventory
- Manage dock schedules
Warehouse Worker
- Pick and pack orders
- Process receiving
- Update inventory counts
- View assigned tasks
Driver
- View assigned routes
- Update delivery status
- Capture proof of delivery
- Access navigation
Tips
- Use the principle of least privilege - give users only the access they need
- Review user access periodically
- Set up separate test accounts for training
- Use descriptive names for warehouse assignments
