Welcome to EvoDax! This guide will help you get started with your logistics management platform in just a few steps.
Step 1: Complete Your Account Setup
After signing up, you'll be guided through a quick setup wizard that helps you:
- Create your first warehouse - This is your home base for deliveries
- Add a vehicle - Register at least one delivery vehicle
- Invite your team - Add colleagues who will use the system
You can always skip these steps and complete them later from the Settings page.
Step 2: Add Your Customers
Customers are the businesses or individuals you deliver to. Navigate to Customers in the sidebar to:
- Add customers manually one at a time
- Import customers from a CSV file
- Set up customer-specific delivery preferences
Step 3: Create Your First Order
Orders are the heart of your delivery operations. To create an order:
- Go to Orders in the sidebar
- Click Create Order
- Select the customer and delivery address
- Add items (optional)
- Set the delivery date and time window
- Click Create
Step 4: Build a Route
Once you have orders ready for delivery:
- Go to Route Builder
- Select orders from the Available Orders panel
- Create a new route or add to an existing one
- Assign a driver and vehicle
- Optimize the route order if needed
Step 5: Track Deliveries
Monitor your deliveries in real-time:
- Use the Live Map to see driver locations
- Check Deliveries for status updates
- Review Proof of Delivery photos and signatures
