Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with EvoDax in minutes

Welcome to EvoDax! This guide will help you get started with your logistics management platform in just a few steps.

Step 1: Complete Your Account Setup

After signing up, you'll be guided through a quick setup wizard that helps you:

  1. Create your first warehouse - This is your home base for deliveries
  2. Add a vehicle - Register at least one delivery vehicle
  3. Invite your team - Add colleagues who will use the system

You can always skip these steps and complete them later from the Settings page.

Step 2: Add Your Customers

Customers are the businesses or individuals you deliver to. Navigate to Customers in the sidebar to:

  • Add customers manually one at a time
  • Import customers from a CSV file
  • Set up customer-specific delivery preferences

Step 3: Create Your First Order

Orders are the heart of your delivery operations. To create an order:

  1. Go to Orders in the sidebar
  2. Click Create Order
  3. Select the customer and delivery address
  4. Add items (optional)
  5. Set the delivery date and time window
  6. Click Create

Step 4: Build a Route

Once you have orders ready for delivery:

  1. Go to Route Builder
  2. Select orders from the Available Orders panel
  3. Create a new route or add to an existing one
  4. Assign a driver and vehicle
  5. Optimize the route order if needed

Step 5: Track Deliveries

Monitor your deliveries in real-time:

  • Use the Live Map to see driver locations
  • Check Deliveries for status updates
  • Review Proof of Delivery photos and signatures
